Here's How We'll Work Together
Pre-Visit Experience
I want you to feel confident and excited about choosing me as your stylist.
Between the time you book and your first appointment, you’ll receive text message confirmations with all the details you need for your visit. These messages will include your appointment reminder, directions to the salon, and the best nearby parking options to help make your arrival as easy as possible.
If you have inspiration photos you’d like to share before your appointment, feel free to send them to me through my social media DMs. If not, I recommend bringing at least three inspiration photos with you to your appointment. This helps give me a better feel for what you’re looking for and allows us to discuss what you love about each look.
If you haven’t already, I also encourage you to visit my social media pages to explore my work, see recent transformations, and get a feel for my style and approach.
Consultation
When you arrive, I’ll greet you, offer you a refreshment, and get you comfortably settled in my chair.
Once you’re settled, I’ll have you complete a brief new guest consultation form. This only takes a few minutes and helps me get to know you, your hair history, and your preferences. If you prefer, the consultation form can also be sent to you electronically to complete before your appointment.
Once you’ve finished, we’ll review your answers together and discuss your desired look, budget, expectations, and long-term goals for your hair. My goal is to make sure we have a clear plan and that you feel confident before we begin.
Once we’re both on the same page, we’ll get started creating a look you’ll love.
Your Follow-Up Experience
After your appointment, I'll check in within the first few days to see how you're enjoying your new look.
You'll have a total of 7 days to wear your hair and decide if any minor adjustments are needed. My goal is for you to leave feeling confident, and I want to make sure you're happy with the final result.
Before leaving your first appointment, we'll recommend and schedule your next visit based on your hair goals and maintenance plan. If you weren't able to book your next appointment before you left, I encourage you to do so as soon as you're able. Staying on schedule allows us to maintain your results and continue working toward your long-term hair goals together.
